we need your passports, marriage certificate with apostile, your medical tests results to confirm if you are legible for surrogacy in Ukraine

INITIAL VISIT TO KIEV

if you have a chance to come to Ukraine, we will organize the appointment with doctors and interview with potential surrogates. The transfer from/to airport is included

In case due to different reasons you ca not come to Kyiv for initial consultation, suc hservice will be offered to you online – meeting with a doctor, surrogates. In this case we would offer Frozen Embryo Transfer Package.
